Company: DVR Xbox Services
DVR Xbox Services is an independent consumer advocacy company. We help customers review internet, TV, cable, phone, and related service bills, negotiate with providers when authorized, compare provider options, coordinate provider support issues, and request information about optional electronics protection.
We are not owned by, affiliated with, partnered with, or paid commissions by any telecommunications, cable, internet, satellite, or phone provider.
The initial bill review is free. A free review is an estimate based on the information you provide and does not guarantee that savings will be available or approved by your provider.
You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder before submitting account information or asking us to act on an account. Before DVR Xbox Services negotiates, requests changes, coordinates support, or contacts a provider on your behalf, we may require a signed authorization or advocacy agreement.
Our bill negotiation service fee is contingent. If we do not secure a documented reduction, you owe no bill negotiation service fee. If we do secure a documented reduction, our fee will be the agreed portion of the savings described in your advocacy agreement.
If your current provider will not offer a fair price, we may compare legitimate options available at your address. Any provider switch remains your decision. Provider availability, pricing, equipment, installation timing, contract terms, taxes, fees, and service quality are controlled by the provider, not DVR Xbox Services.
We may help coordinate provider support issues such as outages, equipment problems, missed appointments, installation issues, or billing questions. We cannot guarantee provider response times, repair outcomes, credits, service availability, or network performance.
Premium electronics protection is a separate optional subscription service with its own coverage terms, exclusions, eligibility requirements, claim process, and pricing. Coverage details should be reviewed before enrollment.
We do not guarantee any specific savings amount. Results depend on your current plan, provider, location, account history, promotional availability, provider policies, and the timing of your request.
DVR Xbox Services provides advocacy, review, comparison, and coordination services. We are not responsible for provider outages, service interruptions, billing errors created by a provider, installation delays, network performance, denied provider credits, provider policy changes, or third-party equipment failures.
By submitting a form, calling, emailing, or uploading a bill, you agree that we may contact you about your bill review, negotiation request, provider comparison, support issue, electronics protection inquiry, agreement, invoice, or related service matter.
Any applicable DVR Xbox Services fees, payment timing, and refund eligibility are described in the Refund Policy and in any service agreement you sign. Provider charges are separate and remain subject to the provider's billing and refund policies.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website and will apply after posting.
