Refund Policy

Free Bill Review

The initial bill review is free. Because there is no charge for the review itself, no refund is needed for that stage.

Bill Negotiation Service Fee

Our bill negotiation service fee is contingent. If DVR Xbox Services does not secure a documented reduction from your provider, you owe no bill negotiation service fee.

If we secure a documented reduction and you have agreed to our fee, the service fee is earned based on the savings documented in your provider offer, confirmation, or account change. Refund eligibility for any paid negotiation fee will be handled according to the signed advocacy agreement and the facts of the request.

Provider Charges Are Separate

DVR Xbox Services does not control provider bills, provider deposits, installation charges, equipment fees, taxes, late fees, cancellation fees, or provider refund decisions. Any refund for charges billed by Spectrum, Verizon, CenturyLink, AT&T, Frontier, Xfinity, DirecTV, Dish, or any other provider must be requested from that provider and is subject to that provider's policies.

Electronics Protection Subscription

Premium electronics protection is a separate optional subscription service. Refunds, cancellations, coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, claims, and repair eligibility are governed by the electronics protection terms provided at enrollment.

Requesting a Refund Review

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 40 days of the charge at support@dvrxboxservices.com with your name, phone number, invoice or payment details, and a short explanation of the issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 working days using the available payment method for your account. If payment was made by check or another offline method, refund timing may depend on mailing and bank processing times.

No Product Return Policy

DVR Xbox Services is not selling internet equipment, TV packages, cable boxes, or provider hardware through this website. Product return rules for provider equipment are controlled by the provider or electronics protection program, not by DVR Xbox Services.

Our service fee for bill negotiation is contingent; if we do not secure a documented reduction, you owe no service fee. Electronics protection is a separate subscription service with its own terms.
