DVR Xbox Services is an independent consumer advocacy company. We help everyday households and small businesses lower what they pay for internet, cable, TV, and phone, and we get paid only when we deliver real savings.

We do not sell internet plans. We do not represent Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon, Xfinity, Frontier, CenturyLink, or any other provider. We work strictly for the customer who hired us.

Why we exist

The U.S. telecom market is built around one quiet truth: the longer you stay with a provider, the more you often pay. Promotional rates roll off, equipment fees stack up, and new customer discounts get reserved for new customers while loyal subscribers absorb yearly increases.

Most people do not have the time, leverage, or inside knowledge to fight back, so they just pay. We exist to fix that. We bring the same time, leverage, and provider knowledge that larger customers already have and apply it to your household or small business bill.

No Reduction, No Fee

Like a property tax protest firm, we charge a portion of what we save. If there is no documented reduction, you owe no service fee.

No provider pays us a commission. When we recommend a plan, switch, or negotiation path, it is because the numbers work for you.
